Virtual Items Notice

"Virtual items" means everything you buy or earn on YIA Strike: VIP and class passes, EXP boosts, honor, skins, chat tags, badges, reserved slots, nick protection and clan perks.

  1. No real-world value. Virtual items, including honor, are fictional game features. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside the game, or cashed out in any way.
  2. A licence, not property. Buying a virtual item gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on YIA Strike under the Terms of Service. You do not own it.
  3. No transfers outside the game. Selling, buying or trading virtual items, honor or accounts for real money, or on other sites, is forbidden and can lead to removal of the items and a ban.
  4. They can change. Virtual items may change with balance updates (for example a class's abilities, an item's effect, prices in honor or EXP rates) and end or reset at season resets: progress, honor and season-bound items such as skins and Season passes end when the season ends. The end date of season-bound items is shown before you buy.
  5. No gambling, no random paid rewards. Every product has a fixed, described benefit. Honor cannot be used for any game of chance, and nothing sold for money gives a random result.
  6. Honor is a fictional in-game point. Bought honor is non-refundable once delivered (except as required by law or our Refund Policy), non-transferable, and limited per week.
  7. Revocation. Items may be removed if the payment is refunded or charged back, or if they were obtained by cheating, exploiting bugs, fraud or breaking the rules.
  8. Minors. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian before buying virtual items. Parents: you can contact us at support@yia.network about purchases made without your permission.
  9. Service end. If YIA Strike closes, virtual items stop working. We will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of active timed and season-bound items as described in the Refund Policy.
